What makes PrismBow Co. bows different from traditional bows?
Our bows combine professional-grade performance with light and color. We offer glowing LED illumination and vibrant multi-colored horsehair alongside aerospace-grade carbon fiber construction, so you get reliability, balance, and visual excitement in every bow.
Are PrismBow bows suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. In fact, we designed many of our bows — especially the MiniBow and IllumeBow, with young and beginner musicians in mind. A fun, colorful bow can turn practice into something students actually look forward to.
Do your bows work for professional musicians?
Yes. Our carbon fiber bows deliver excellent balance, responsiveness, and durability. Professional musicians love them for performances, recitals, and touring because they resist warping and humidity changes while offering a striking stage presence.
What instruments are your bows designed for?
We offer bows for violin (including fractional sizes 1/2, 3/4, and 4/4), viola, cello, and bass. Each bow is sized and weighted appropriately for the instrument.
Do the LED bows require batteries?
No. The IllumeBow features a built-in lithium-polymer battery that recharges via USB-C. You can charge it using a laptop, power bank, or car adapter, no disposable batteries needed.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free for all orders within the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight.
How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive within 4-5 business days via UPS. International orders usually take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States.
How are the bows packaged?
All bows except the MiniBow ship in a 30"x4"x4" box weighing approximately 10 ounces. Each bow is carefully protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Returns
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my bow for a different one?
Yes. We welcome exchanges for a different bow or product of equal value. Price differences may apply.
What condition does my bow need to be in for a return?
Your bow must be unused, in original condition, returned with its original packaging, and free from any damage or signs of wear.
